Call (715) 531-6250 for current series schedules, fees and registration information.

Yoga Class Series
Through learning new movements and achieving various yoga poses, students benefit by increased flexibility; lubrication of joints, ligaments, and tendons; massaging of organs of the body; and muscle tone. Yoga also promotes detoxification by optimizing blood supply to various parts of the body. Yoga creates a remarkable calmness to help support a more positive outlook and promotes health harmony between the mind and body. Weeknight and weekend classes are available.

Meditation Sessions for Stress and Pain Reduction
Learn and practice meditation for stress and pain reduction. Research shows us that when the mind is at peace, the body is at peace and when this happens, the body's healing wisdom is restored and health and wellbeing are the end results. Learn simple daily meditation practices that anyone can do. You'll experience a variety of meditation styles such as: midfulness breathing, qigong outcome based imagery and guided meditation that are certain to give you the tools that will support your wellness goals. Bring your mat or pillows to practice this ehaling technique on the floor--or chairs are provided for chair meditation. Classes are free and registration is required.

Kettlebells Cardiovascular and Weight Training Class Series
A kettlebell or “girya” is a traditional Russian cast iron weight that looks like a cannonball with a handle. The exercise is becoming increasingly popular due to its ability to help with cardiovascular training, weight management and muscle strength-building. During kettlebell exercises, a variety of continuous motion swings and lifts are used in balance to work toward a total workout experience.

Healthy Habits for Life® Class Series
Achieve long-term weight management through positive and gradual lifestyle changes. Weigh management at every age comes from a lifestyle that includes accurate information, good nutrition, and regular physical activity.
