From the west on Interstate 94
Exit 2 (Carmichael Road) approximately 2 miles after crossing the St. Croix River on I-94. Take a right onto Carmichael Road going south and travel 1 block. Take a left onto Stageline Road and follow signs to desired entrance.
From the east on Interstate 94
Exit 2 (Carmichael Road) approximately 2 miles before the St. Croix River crossing. Take a left onto Carmichael Road going south and travel 3 blocks to Stageline Road. Take a left onto Stageline Road and follow signs to desired entrance.

Parking
Parking is free and located immediately in front of the hospital’s north main entrance. A separate parking area for Emergency Care Center patients is located on the hospital’s south side for Emergency Care Center patients. Use the Center Drive entrance to access the south side of the hospital campus.
When arriving for an appointment or visiting between 8 p.m. and 7 a.m., park in the south lot and enter through the Emergency Center.
If you need a wheelchair, please call ahead to make arrangements for a staff member to meet you at the front entrance, help you out of your car and into a wheelchair.

Boulder Ridge is located south of I-94 and 8 blocks west from the main hospital & clinics campus.
From the west on Interstate 94
Exit 2 (Carmichael Road) approximately 2 miles after crossing the St. Croix River on I-94. Take a right onto Carmichael Road going south and travel 1 block. Take a right onto Crestview Drive heading west. Travel 8 blocks on Crestview Drive4 to Dominion Drive. Take a left heading south on dominion Drive 2 blocks to 901 Boulder Ridge.
From the east on Interstate 94
Exit 2 (Carmichael Road) approximately 2 miles before the St. Croix River crossing. Take a left onto Carmichael Road going south and travel 3 blocks to Crestview Drive. Take a right onto Crestview Drive heading west. Travel 8 blocks on Crestview Drive to Dominion Drive. Take a left heading south on Dominion Drive 2 blocks to 901 Boulder Ridge.
