Family and Friends CPR Class offered January 15

The Family and Friends CPR class teaches how to perform CPR on adults, infants and children; and how to help an adult, infant or child who is choking. A brief introduction to the AED is also given. The topics of Barriers to Action; the Cardiac Chain of Survival; Recognizing and Caring for Heart Attack, Stroke, and Sudden Cardiac Arrest; as well as Living a Heart-Healthy Lifestyle will also be discussed.


This class is intended for anyone who wants to learn CPR, but does not need certification.

•January 15, from 9 - 11:30 a.m.
•February 15, from 6 - 8:30 p.m.
•March 29, from 6 - 8:30 p.m.
•April 16, from 9 - 11:30 a.m.
•July 16, from 9 - 11:30 a.m.
•September 15, from 6 - 8:30 p.m.
•October 18, from 6 - 8:30 p.m.
