Regions Hospital seeks patients for advisory council

St. Paul, Minn., April 30, 2007 - If you or a family member have been a patient Regions Hospital and would like to offer your thoughts on how the hospital can improve its care or services, here’s your chance. Regions Hospital is looking for individuals who have received care at Regions Hospital, or family members who were involved in their loved one’s care, to serve on our Patient and Family Advisory Council.

Based on their past experiences, members of the council offer advice, help plan new programs and recommend changes that will positively affect patient and family members. For example, the council provided feedback on Regions’ new billing service and has made suggestions on the design of the hospital’s new expansion project.

The council meets once a month and dinner, parking and a $50 stipend will be provided. Members are asked to serve a one-year term.
