Most diagnostic cardiac testing is avai lable right here at Hudson Hospital – from a simple EKG to a more complex echocardiogram or nuclear imaging test. These tests are painless, performed with the very latest in technology, interpreted by experienced specialists and are frequently done on an outpatient basis.

Heart Rehabilitation
Our Heart Rehabilitation offers three progressive phases of monitored exercise and education to help you get back to an active, heart-healthy life.

The program begins during hospitalization and continues through outpatient care in the hospital’s Rehabilitation Care Center and Fitness Center. Our Rehabilitation Care Center is staffed by rehabilitation specialists including registered nurses, therapists and exercise physiologists.

Along with one-on-one patient education, Hudson Hospital Heart Care offers a variety of classes and seminars to help individuals change lifestyle habits for the good of their heart. Topics range from diet and exercise that’s right for you, to stress management and smoking cessation.

Heart Education and Support Group
The Heart Education and Support Group meets regularly and recognizes the value
of bringing people together who share common health concerns. Group meetings alternate between educational topics presented by various health specialists – to sharing insights and celebrations to living and recovering from heart disease
and treatments.
