This class provides a review of the labor and birth process for parents with previous birth and class experience. Topics include relaxation and breathing techniques, and pain management options. Participants will tour the labor, delivery and nursery areas of the hospital.
Schedule: Monday evenings, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
