Learn the benefits of breastfeeding for mom, baby and the family during this single-session class. Topics include the physiology of milk production, positioning techniques, partner’s involvement, managing your schedule around baby’s needs, and information about choosing and using a breast pump.
This class is recommended prior to childbirth. Additional one-on-one education and support is available through Hudson Hospital & Clinics lactation educators.
Information for class participants: It is recommended this class is taken prior to childbirth and that partners attend if possible.
