Maternity Care Class Registration Information

Please note the following registration information:

• Class sizes are limited and classes are popular. Register early to ensure completion of the class or class series in a comfortable time frame before
  the birth

• Payment of class registration fees is due at the time of registration

• If you are unable to attend after you have registered, or if your medical condition prevents you from participating, you may reschedule for another class time. Notice must be given in advance of class or class series start. Refunds cannot be given after the class has begun.

• Contact your insurance provider directly for the possibility of reimbursement. Receipts are available upon request

• In the event of low enrollment, classes may be cancelled, rescheduled or combined with other schedule dates. In the event of high enrollment, alternative class dates may be added to ensure a small and personalized teaching environment

• In the event of bad weather or unusual winter driving conditions, call Hudson Hospital at (715) 531-6000 to verify if class has been cancelled

• Class fees help support the Hudson Hospital Maternity and Family
  Education program.
